Those responsible are following the European Union model on a fast track to a supranational government. The corporate/government alliance is putting it together by stealth, destroying the sovereignty of the three member states without the knowledge or consent of the people.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size=&quot;3&quot;&gt;All you need to do is read the bills designated for constructing this union ( S. 853, S. 3622, H.R. 2672, H.R. 1645, etc.) and the agenda for the SPP. Then compare them to the wording in the Council on Foreign Relations plan. The documentation is there. This is the latest move in the corporate/government alliance goal of implementing corporate rule for the union of North America, scheduled to be in place by 2010.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size=&quot;3&quot;&gt;A number of people have stated that this new regional trading state of America, Canada, and Mexico (with the senior partner being the USA) is fascism. These private organizations already trump the authority of Congress and the U.S. court system. Both George Bush and American corporations are attempting to drive down American wages by 2010 in order to diminish the &amp;quot;wage differentials...considerably&amp;quot; between the U.S. and Mexico. Jasper, May 6, 2002,Vol. 18, no. 9]&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size=&quot;3&quot;&gt;While the FTAA has run into some South American roadblocks, the multinational corporations and their political co-conspirators continue their assault on the nation-state with their attempt to merge the United States, Canada, and Mexico into a union based on trade agreements. George Bush, Paul Martin, and Vicente Fox committed their three nations to this Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America (SPPNA) in Waco, Texas on March 23, 2005. &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size=&quot;3&quot;&gt;The Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) is sponsoring this integration of North America with a plan called &amp;quot;Building a North American Community&amp;quot;, which is scheduled for completion by 2010. This union of North America is designed to compete with third world countries by driving wages and benefits down, eliminating the power of unions, and destroying the middle class.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size=&quot;3&quot;&gt;In fact, open borders to Mexico will be extended only when the &amp;quot;...wage differentials between Mexico and its two North American neighbors have diminished considerably.&amp;quot; [CFR plan, pp. 27, 28]&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size=&quot;3&quot;&gt;Bush continues his efforts to bring down American wages by 2010 in order to prevent a tsunami of Mexicans from inundating America when the union becomes a reality. This includes not securing the border and  allowing illegal cheap labor from Mexico. Another way American wages are being lowered is through H-1B type visas that bring in hundreds of thousands of high tech engineers and programers to the U.S. to replace American workers at a cheaper salary and no benefits.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size=&quot;3&quot;&gt;And of course, outsourcing jobs to countries like China, where young women work 90 plus hours a week for 14 to 25 cents per hour with no overtime and no benefits.
